Breeding Boys

After months of research it became clear that not all Labradoodles are created equal.  Therefore, we imported our breeding stock directly from Rutland Manor in Australia.  They have entrusted us with the latest blood lines and rare infusions and colors.  These are the most exceptional breeding dogs available today. 


Rutlands Lil Alfred (Alfie) Medium, Cream-Caramel Fleece

Alfie is our gorgeous new foundation boy.  We call him Alfie and it really suits him because he has a huge personality!  He is absolutely stunning and everything we had hoped for.  He will be the perfect complement  to our breeding ladies as he has the latest, and highly desirable, Irish Wheaten Lines.  Alfie is a wonderful representation of breed type, solid, great lines and the exact temperament we were looking for.  His coat is silky, soft hanging in loose waves - he is phenomenal!  Everybody wants to take Alfie home with them.

 

An extract of something I recently wrote about Alfie: Alfie is the most amazing puppy I have ever met. With careful RM breeding, over many years, he has the exact temperament I was looking for - quite naturally. When Alfie accompanies me into a room of strangers he gently and confidently goes up to each person in the room and sits in front of them for a stroke and to give them some attention. He moves around the room to the next person until he has seen everyone. When he is done, he comes back to me and lies at my feet. I have not trained him to do this – it is what Alfie does naturally and the first time he did it I was astounded. The second time I continued to be amazed.  Now I know his natural instincts and intuitiveness are uncanny. I love to see the light shine in peoples eyes when he does it and this little guy is only 5 months old. Imagine how many lives he will be able to touch in his lifetime. As if that wasn't enough, with the new Wheaten lines that Beverley has so carefully researched and developed, he has the most incredible soft, loose fleece coat to match. Rutlands Lil Alfred is an incredible guy.

Alfie's Parents
Alfie comes from superb parentage, the best available in the world today.  His mother is the spectacular Flo (Rutlands Wh Lil Mountain Flower) on the left and his father Charlie (Rutlands Charlemagne) on the right, is truly magnificent.  They are both exceptional representations of the breed.  Alfie and his brother and litter mate Rutlands Trek are the up and coming stars from this wonderful pairing.  We are are thrilled to have this guy as part of our family here at Unkety Brook.
